Mentorship is a critical piece of building your career. Having someone more experienced to talk through your career questions, decisions, and challenges with is important in navigating your early career.

Aspire to Her’s Mentorship Program will provide 1:1 mentorship with industry leaders, exclusive professional development workshops, and a network to help you grow in your career, all virtually.

 

Program fee: $55 for 8 weeks

Mentorship

Each participant is matched with a mentor based on shared interests and goals. Mentors and mentees will meet 3x for 30 minutes over the course of the 8 weeks

Professional Development

Participants will engage in ATH-sponsored professional development workshops / events focused on mentorship. Key events include: Maximizing the Mentorship Relationship workshop (3/31), Mentorship panel (4/21), & Peer Mentorship workshop (5/26); all 7-8pm ET

We couldn't be more excited to be working with this incredible brand to deliver our latest professional development program.

FAQ

We highly encourage womxn 0-5 years into their career to apply. If you don’t meet the criteria, please indicate why you believe the program is a good fit for you in the application.

The last day to apply is 11:59PM ET Sunday, March 7th.

We're looking for individuals with a strong passion for networking and connecting with others. Applicants should be excited to expand their network. No specific skills are needed to be accepted into the program. We are looking to bring on a diverse set of participants with different professional backgrounds.

This program will take place virtually. We will operate all events in the Eastern time zone. It will launch on Wednesday, March 31st and be completed on Wednesday, May 26th.

This will not be a time-consuming program. Participants will meet with their matched mentor 3x for 30min based on your schedules over the 8 weeks. There will be 3-4 additional events held on weekday evenings (3/31, 4/21, and 5/26 @ 7-8PM ET plus one additional social event).

No. All sales are final.

Once accepted, you have 48 hours to pay the $55 program fee and confirm your participation in the program.
